Step into Indian cooking with a single individual lesson!
Together we will prepare a meal that includes a main dish, a rice or bread, and a beverage.
You will learn cooking methods (such as curries or dals) to take home with you and make your own. I also show you how to make many dishes from one curry sauce, explain the health benefits of the spices we use in the cooking, cook healthy versions of Indian food, and say a few words in Hindi!
The lessons run between two and three hours (including eating!). All ingredients are provided. You supply the kitchen and the company — I bring everything else.
The cost is $120.00 per person or $150.00 for two people. *Maximum two people.
