Learn the 5 basics of Indian cooking in a multi-week lesson for individuals!
This beginner course is designed for you to master the 5 basics of Indian cooking. Each week we learn one basic: dal, breads, biryanis, rice, and curries. My lessons emphasize healthy versions of these basics and students will learn the language, culture, and nutrition of these foods during our time together.
Lessons run over a five-week period and last between two and three hours, including eating. As with individual lessons, you supply the kitchen and I will supply all other ingredients.
The cost is $450.00 per person.
